Frequently asked questions

How long does my commercial take to produce?

Most spots are ready within 1–2 business days. You'll hear a full draft — script and voice — before anything airs, and we don't move forward until you approve it.

When does my campaign go on air?

As soon as you approve the spot and payment is set, we send the order to the station. The on-air start depends on the station's schedule, but most campaigns begin within a few days — and you choose the start date.

Can I change the script or voice before approving?

Yes. Nothing is final until you say so. Tell us what to adjust — the words, the tone, or a different voice — and we'll send a new version. Reasonable revisions before you approve are free.

How do I pay? What is net-30 credit?

You can pay by card when you launch. Established businesses can also apply for net-30 credit — run the campaign now and pay within 30 days. We review a short application and let you know.

What do I get when my campaign ends?

A clear coverage report: where your ad ran, how many spots aired, and the population reached in your market — so you see exactly what your investment delivered.
